The third session of the Gulf–Swiss Arbitration Forum addressed international investment agreements and emerging commercial disputes. The speakers were Mr. Hamed Al-Qadi, Head of International Investment Agreements at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), and Mr. Jorge Castro, Director of Legal Affairs at the World Trade Organization (WTO).
