Submit an Arbitration Request
Procedures for Submitting an Arbitration Request:
The party affected by the breach of the obligation in the disputed contract shall submit an arbitration request to the secretary of the arbitral tribunal of the Disputes Resolution Department that includes the following matters:
- Fill out the center’s form.
- The statement of claim.
- The disputed contract.
- Legal documents related to the dispute.
- Power of attorney.
- The name of the arbitrator by you (if any), whether the panel is composed of an individual arbitrator or a tripartite panel.
- Pay the arbitration request submission fee of 50 Bahraini dinars.
