cooperation agreement with the Oman Commercial Arbitration Center

Dr. Kamal Al Hamad, Secretary General of the Commercial Arbitration Center for the Gulf Cooperation Council States, signed a cooperation agreement with the Oman Commercial Arbitration Center, represented by Dr. Khaled Al Said, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Omani Arbitration Center, with the aim of enhancing institutional cooperation, exchanging expertise and knowledge in the fields of dispute resolution, as well as coordinating joint training programs and developing initiatives that contribute to strengthening confidence in commercial arbitration mechanisms, thereby positively impacting investment and economic development.
