Arbitral Secretariate

Requirements for Registration as an Arbitral Secretariat:

• The applicant must hold an accredited university degree of no less than a Diploma in the relevant field of specialization.
• The applicant must have successfully completed the Professional Program for the Preparation of Court and Arbitral Tribunal Secretaries or must have previously been appointed as a secretary in two (2) arbitration disputes, provided that one of them was institutional.
• No final criminal judgment must have been issued against the applicant in a case involving dishonor or breach of trust.
