The academy offers specialized educational and training programs, including the International Fellowship Certificate and the Professional Diploma in various fields and specializations, in addition to training courses and workshops. These programs are implemented in cooperation with leading international partners in the field of international commercial arbitration development, with the goal of raising the level of arbitration in the Arab Gulf region and enhancing the position of specialist arbitrators in international arenas and forums.
Training and Accreditation Programs
The Academy offers a range of specialized training and qualification programs, including:

These programs are delivered in collaboration with a select group of distinguished international partners in the field of commercial arbitration development, with the aim of raising the standards of arbitration practices in the Gulf region and enhancing the standing of arbitrators and specialists in international forums.
Terms and Conditions:
- Registration of a nominated trainee from government entities within GCC countries is approved upon receipt of an official approval, either in writing or electronically, provided that the nomination letter includes the responsible official’s signature and the institution’s stamp, or bears official insignia including the institution’s logo, the responsible person’s name, title, and contact details (in case of electronic nomination).
- The nominating entity shall bear the training fee of its nominee after the conclusion of the program, except for private institutions and companies, which are required to pay in advance before the program commences.
- Self-sponsored trainees are admitted upon completing the designated registration form and paying the required fee before the start of the program.
- Trainees who fail the exam may retake it upon payment of an administrative rescheduling fee of BHD 50 (or equivalent).
- Trainees must provide accurate personal information in the electronic registration form (full name, ID number, nationality, phone number, academic qualification, email).
- Trainees must carefully review the event brochure, familiarize themselves with all course details, and review the terms before registering.
- Trainees are obliged to complete all required forms and documentation before and during the program.
Policy on Withdrawal, Postponement, Cancellation, and Refunds:
- A full refund is granted if the program/event is cancelled or postponed by the Centre.
- Refunds require presentation of the original invoice or proof of payment.
- Participants are not entitled to a refund if they withdraw within 10 working days prior to the start of the program. Withdrawals before this period are eligible for refunds minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Nominated trainees from their employers may request refunds by submitting an official withdrawal letter, provided it is received at least 5 working days prior to the start date of the program.
- Any payment made to the Centre’s account or through the provided link is considered as the trainee’s acceptance of the program’s terms and conditions in accordance with the Centre’s electronic transactions system.
- Payments may be transferred to another program, with any difference settled, provided the Training Department is notified at least 5 days before the new program’s start date.
- Payments must be made through the Centre’s authorized financial transfer platforms.
