The Gulf Commercial Arbitration Academy seeks to establish its position as a leading centre for the education and training of specialists in the field of commercial arbitration, enabling them to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to elevate the level of arbitration and enhance their participation on the international stage.
This is achieved through a commitment to quality and excellence, with the academy aiming to build a new generation of arbitrators and specialists capable of facing global challenges and effectively contributing to the development of the arbitration industry worldwide.
The academy offers specialized educational and training programs, including the International Fellowship Certificate and the Professional Diploma in various fields and specializations, in addition to training courses and workshops. These programs are implemented in cooperation with leading international partners in the field of international commercial arbitration development, with the goal of raising the level of arbitration in the Arab Gulf region and enhancing the position of specialist arbitrators in international arenas and forums.
Terms and Conditions:
- If the number of participants is less than 15, the Centre has the right to postpone the course.
- The Centre will be responsible for any modification or cancellation if any unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances arise, and thus the participants will be compensated for the period of this cancellation and postponement.
- In the event of cancellation of the program, the participant has the right for the full refund.
- If the participant wishes to postpone, he must notify the Centre of this (according to the policies of withdrawal, postponement, and cancellation).
- The participant may withdraw from the program by providing written notice at least 10 days before the start (according to the withdrawal, postponement, and cancellation policies).
Withdrawal, postponement, or cancellation policy for refunding of registration fees for qualifying events and programs:
- The full amount will be refunded if the event or program is cancelled or postponed by the center management.
- In the event of withdrawal ten working days before the start of the course, 10% of the fees paid will be deducted.
- In the event of a withdrawal request after the start of the program, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid, except in urgent circumstances (a terminal illness or the death of a first-degree relative) provided that it does not exceed half the duration of the training program, and in the event of exceeding the participant is not entitled to a refund at all (please note that this Excuses must be approved by the Director of Administration and documented.
- No refunds will be made unless a copy of the invoice or proof of completion of the payment process is presented.
- The participant nominated by the employer must submit an official letter cancelling the nomination, if it reaches the Centre or the entity cooperating with it at least 5 working days before the start of the event or program.
- Once any amount is transferred to the Centre ’s account or the data is sent via the link, it is considered the participants approval of the terms and conditions of the program, according to the center ’s online transactions system.
- The amount can be transferred to any other program and the difference, if any, can be paid after the training administration is informed of this a maximum of 5 days before the start date of the program or course.
- The amount of the program or event is paid on the accounts approved by the Centre ’s online financial transfer platform.
