Expert Benefits
- Appointment as an expert in arbitration disputes, where required.
- Obtaining a membership certificate from the Centre for submission to the competent authorities.
- Listing on the expert’s roster on the Centre's website in accordance with the classifications approved by the Centre.
Criteria
Requirements for Registration as an Expert:
- The applicant must hold an accredited university degree of no less than a Diploma in the relevant field of specialization.
- The applicant must have no less than 5 years of practical experience in the relevant field of specialization.
- The applicant must have successfully completed one of the International Fellowship Programs for Experts or must have previously been appointed as an expert by Ministries of Justice or arbitration centers and issued two (2) expert reports.
- No final judicial judgment must have been issued against the applicant in a case involving dishonor or breach of trust.
