Expert Benefits
- Appointment as an expert in arbitration disputes.
- Receipt of a Centre-issued membership certificate for submission to relevant authorities.
- Inclusion in the Experts’ Directory on the Centre’s website.
Criteria
- Must hold an accredited university diploma or degree in their field of specialization.
- Must have at least 10 years of professional experience.
- Must complete the International Fellowship in Expert Report Writing and Qualification, or any expert program accredited by the Centre. Exemptions apply to those appointed as experts by Ministries of Justice or arbitration centres and who have issued at least two (2) expert reports.
- Must not have any final judicial ruling issued against them in cases involving dishonour or breach of integrity.
