Mr. Abdullah Al-Omair, Director General of the General Department for the Development of International Agreements at the Saudi Ministry of Investment
Dr. Kamal Al-Hamad, Secretary General of the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, extended his gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Abdullah Al-Omair, Director General of the General Department for the Development of International Agreements at the Saudi Ministry of Investment. Mr. Al-Omair presented an overview of Saudi investment laws in light of the Ministry’s direction and Saudi Vision 2030, highlighting the Ministry’s efforts in developing the foreign investment system and the investment environment in the Kingdom. He also addressed how to attract foreign investments and enhance investor confidence—positioning Saudi Arabia as a Gulf model for attracting foreign investments and creating a sustainable investment strategy across the GCC countries.
