Meeting with partners and officials from Linklaters - GCC USA Arbitration forum

The Secretary-General of the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, Dr. Kamal Al-Hamad, met with partners and officials from Linklaters, headed by Mr. Joseph Profaizer, and in the presence of the Centre’s Advisory Committee members. The meeting came in response to their invitation to learn about the Centre’s roles and practices in resolving international commercial and investment disputes, in line with their aspirations for joint cooperation regarding the company’s operations in the Middle East.
