Meeting with Foley Hoag- Gulf American Arbitration Forum

The Secretary-General of the Center, Dr. Kamal Al-Hamad, met with partners from Foley Hoag, including Ms. Christiane Beharry, Mr. Adam Safwat, and Mr. Gregory Craig. The meeting was attended by members of the Center’s Advisory Committee and a representative from the Saudi Ministry of Investment. The meeting was held in response to an invitation to explore the objectives of the GCC Commercial Arbitration Center and its practices in resolving international commercial and investment disputes
