The Secretary-General of the Center, Dr. Kamal Al-Hamad, discussed the prospects for cooperation with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Society of Engineers, Engineer Faisal Al-Attal in the presence of members of the Society’s Board of Directors. It was done so to create an environment that encourages engineering and construction investments with more streamlined commercial contracts that facilitate business for owners of projects and establishments. They especially sought to increase the efficiency of engineers in the field of arbitration through professional training programs related to engineering fields.
