International Fellowship in Preparing Expert Reports and Qualifying Experts for Arbitral tribunals and judiciary

This program provides an overview of the role of technical expertise in disputes as one of the most important means of clause, by providing a comprehensive set of knowledge on the concept of technical expertise, expert appointment procedures, and the essential elements of the expertise report, in addition to the best practices that the expert needs to prepare expertise reports, in order to provide a professional and integrated expertise report that enables arbitration bodies and judges and facilitates their tasks to resolve disputes.

 

Program Outline:

  • First Module: The concept of arbitration and judiciary and the steps for appointing the expert.
  • Second Module: Principles and basics of the technical expert.
  • Third Module: Technical expertise reports.
  • Fourth Module: practice of reporting expertise in disputes.
