Arbitration sessions management program to qualify and certify arbitrators - (Arabic Version) - Second Version
Sessions Management program is a specialized training program designed to provide participants with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to moderate and organize arbitration sessions effectively. The program aims to deepen the participants’ understanding of the entire arbitration process, from the formation of the arbitration panel until the issuance of the final decision, passing through all stages of the arbitration sessions. The program addresses the challenges that an arbitral tribunal may face during the arbitration process, and how to deal with procedural and substantive issues in a way that ensures fairness and effectiveness.
Program Outline:
- First Level: Identifying the documents and procedures that the tribunal shall take prior to holding the sessions in practice, including those related to the jurisdiction of the arbitration panel in examining the dispute before the start of the first session.
- Second Level: the practical practice of managing procedural arbitration sessions (conducting arbitration procedures).
- Third Level: the practical practice of managing the sentencing hearing.
