The International Fellowship in Arbitration and Arbitrator Qualification is an advanced program aiming for preparing and qualifying professionals to become certified arbitrators in the field of international arbitration. The program focuses on providing a comprehensive understanding of the basics and practices of international arbitration, including the laws and procedures associated with it, managing arbitration sessions, drafting arbitration awards, and dealing with various disputes effectively.

Program Outline:

First Level: Legal skills for establishing an arbitrator.

Second Level: Arbitration and alternative solutions to resolve international disputes.

Third Level: Formation and resolution of arbitration tribunal in institutional and ad hoc international arbitration disputes.

Fourth Level: Procedures and management of international arbitration claims.

Fifth Level: Principles of issuing and drafting an arbitration award in international arbitration cases.

Sixth Level: Implementation or invalidation of the arbitration award.

Seventh Level: Mock trial for arbitration sessions.

Eighth Level: Mock trial for the arbitration award session.
